Pavullo Seasoned Salami

Salami made from the meat of pigs raised at dairies located in the municipalities of our mountains. Seasoned with a mixture of selected spices. Bagged in gentle casing tied by hand with raw cotton twine. In addition to being gluten- and lactose-free, this salami is also preservative-free.
