The Emilian
Classic flavor. With Jamaican pepper. Only fine cuts of Italian pork are used in the preparation of this burger: shoulder and bacon. The shoulder is stripped of its sinews in order to make the mixture softer and tastier. It is then seasoned with a few natural ingredients: salt, spices and allspice. The latter is a spice similar to pepper, but with digestive properties, a true panacea for the stomach, which gives the burger a special aroma.
