Natural Fresh Sausage in Guts
Sausage made by mincing lean pork parts (shoulder) with a small percentage of bacon, which gives fragrance and softness to the mixture stuffed into natural pork casings. The term "Fresh" means that no additives and preservatives or heat treatments are used in production for preservation. Of utmost importance is the storage of the sausage at a controlled temperature not exceeding 4°C. The mixture is seasoned with salt, pepper, spices and natural flavorings that impart a delicate taste and a particularly fragrant aroma.
