Luganega Natural Fresh Sausage
For the preparation of this particularly lean sausage, some valuable parts of the pig are used, which are minced in a finer mold than the classic sausage. The mixture is then stuffed into natural mutton casings. This sausage is also seasoned simply with salt, pepper, spices and natural flavorings to make it tasty and fragrant.
