Natural Fresh Sausage
Our unique Fresh Sausage is produced without the addition of preservatives and dyes. Only chopped shoulder and bacon are used for the mixture. This makes it very lean, with the percentage of fat always below 15 percent. It is cured with a blend of spices specially created by the founder of Fulgeri Salumificio Cav. Ugo in the early 1970s.
