Raw Zampone Red Ribbon

Dough made by mixing lean pork mince with throat mince and a small percentage of finely ground rind all mixed with delicious spices. Stuffed inside the skin of the pig's foreleg. Ready-to-cook raw pig's trotter, stuffed and stewed at 70°C for several hours to ensure shelf life. It can be further vacuum-packed.
